The ceiling that still looks like a builder’s lid is the job. This page is the name and the phone that come with the request, not the slab.

The notice is written under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981). Amendment 13 to that law has been in force since 14 August 2025. It is the company’s own notice. It is not a legal opinion for you.
Who is responsible
Gildspan Planes Ltd. is the controller of the visit notes: the party responsible for them under the Protection of Privacy Law. Amendment 13 requires some controllers to appoint a privacy protection officer. That duty falls on public bodies and on controllers whose processing is large or especially sensitive. On the facts as they are today, a workshop that keeps visit notes and tax invoices does not appoint one. Write to the desk. If that fact changes, this page will name the officer.
What these pages do
The site is files. The booking form does not post your note to a server of ours. It builds the text in your browser. Nothing reaches the desk until you send it on WhatsApp, or you copy it into a phone call or an email. There is no account on this site, and no database behind the pages.
Giving the details is voluntary. You are not under a legal duty to send them. If you do not, we cannot arrange the visit. We use what you send for that purpose: to answer, to measure, to quote, and to fit a ceiling if you accept the quote. We do not use a visit note to advertise to people who have not written to us, and we do not sell the list.
What the note contains
If you send the note, we receive the name you typed, a phone number, the city or neighbourhood, the plane you chose, an approximate area if you gave one, the day and start you asked for, and whatever you put in the notes. Please keep the notes about the room. We do not ask for information the law treats as specially sensitive, such as health, genetic or biometric data, beliefs, or a criminal record. If you type that in anyway, you are sending it, and we would rather you had not.
We do not ask for an identity number.
Who else sees it
- The people who answer the desk.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to send the note that way. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. The transit is under WhatsApp’s own terms, which we do not control, and it may be processed outside Israel. If you would rather not use it, call 053-684-2170 or email desk@ceilcraft.pro with the same facts. Copying the note into an email means WhatsApp never receives it.
- A licensed electrician, or a house committee, only for the detail the job needs, and only if you have asked us to coordinate with them.
- The film supplier receives room sizes and a finish, not your phone number, unless you have asked us to pass on an image that identifies you.
- The tax authorities receive invoice data when the tax rules require it.
We do not pass the note to an advertiser. We do not run an advertising pixel. Fonts on this site are files we host. Viewing a page does not call a font service.
Cookies
Two cookies, and only after you choose. gs_consent stores the word essential or all, so the banner stays dismissed. gs_city stores only the city or neighbourhood last typed in the form, and only if you chose essential and optional. Your name and your phone are never written into a cookie. The detail is on the cookie notice.
How long
A visit note that never becomes work is kept for twenty-four months, so the desk can answer a follow-up, and is then deleted on our side. A quote you accept, and the tax invoices that follow, are kept for seven years, which is the period the tax rules expect of a company’s books. Cookies last 180 days, or until you overwrite or delete them.
We cannot delete a copy that remains in your own WhatsApp, or in Meta’s systems, after you have sent it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, including as Amendment 13 has applied since 14 August 2025, you may ask to see what we hold about you, ask for a correction if a detail is wrong, and ask us to delete a visit note that is not part of the tax record. A tax invoice is kept for the statutory period even if you would prefer it gone. Withdrawing a cookie choice does not recall a WhatsApp message already sent.
Write to desk@ceilcraft.pro or to the street address above. We answer during open hours, and we answer an access request within 30 days. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice, through gov.il.
If a breach of the visit notes is a serious security incident under the law, we notify the Privacy Protection Authority, and we notify you when the law says we must.
Children
The customer is an adult. We do not knowingly take a visit note from a child.

01 · The lid
Read what the builder left.
A stained slab, a bulkhead, paint over a joint, a spotlight cut crooked. That lid is still a lid. Lacquer will show every bow in it. Matte will not. The membrane is decided from the slab, in the room, not from a photograph.
02 · The bay
Then the sheen.
Matte when the room should go quiet. Satin when window light should move and leave. Lacquer when the ceiling is asked to hold the lamp. Acoustic only if the void can take a lining. A star field only if the engine stays reachable. The film is cut at the bench.
03 · The line
Light is named last.
A cove at 460 ₪ a metre, rings for the spots already there, or fibres set by hand. A new electrical point belongs to a licensed electrician. We decide the opening. When the lid, the bay, and the line are named, the quote can be written. The cove is on Light.
The hour
The visit, in order.
One room is about an hour. The same six steps are written on the visit. Film is ordered only after the quote is approved.
Corners
Someone opens the door. The perimeter has to be reachable. A sofa can stay. A room stacked to the ceiling cannot.
Diagonals
Length, width, both diagonals. A wall out of square is cut as that wall, not as a rectangle on a drawing.
The drop
From the slab to the line of the profile, and what that line meets: plaster, tile, a curtain recess.
The void
Depth for a lining, a driver, or an engine someone can reach later. In a bathroom, the fan and the shower.
Openings
Spots, a detector, a diffuser, a sprinkler we do not move. The ring is ours. The circuit is the electrician’s.
The note
The quote is written from this hour. You approve it in writing. Until then, nothing is welded, and the hour itself was only a request.
