The ask, and the quote.
The builder left a lid. Asking us to replace it is not yet a contract. The quote you approve is the contract, and Saturday is not a day we hold.
MatteThe bay, when the builder’s lid should go quiet.
460 ₪Cove light, per linear metre, profile and tape. VAT included.
1 hourA single room on the visit. Several rooms take the morning.
340 ₪Matte, per square metre. Billed at not less than 8 m².
These are the terms of asking Gildspan Planes Ltd. (גילדספאן פליינס בע״מ), company number 516284734, of 3 Yad Harutzim Street, Montefiore, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6777895, for a measure through this site. The customer is the person who instructs the work. The contract for a particular room is the written quote you approve, not this page. If this page and that quote disagree, the quote you approved wins.
Nothing here removes a right Israeli law gives a consumer and does not allow a business to take away.
A note is not a slot
The booking form prepares a WhatsApp note to 053-684-2170. Sending it, or emailing desk@ceilcraft.pro, or calling, is a request. The hour is held only when the desk confirms it in a reply, and only on a day from Sunday to Friday.
The workshop is closed on Saturday. The form will not offer a Saturday start. A note that asks for Saturday anyway is not a booking. Open hours are Sunday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, and Friday 08:00–13:00. Friday visits start between 08:00 and 12:00 so the crew is out by 13:00. Sunday to Thursday, starts run on the hour from 08:00 to 16:00.
We may decline a request. Outside the city list, nobody drives unless a travel day and its charge are agreed in writing first.
Guides, then a quote
Figures on Plane, Bays, Light, and Cities are 2026 guides, in shekels, VAT at 18% included. A room is billed at not less than 8 m². A star room is billed at not less than 10 m². An 18 m² matte room at the guide is 6,120 ₪, of which 933.56 ₪ is VAT. These are guides. The written quote after the measure replaces them.
A quote stands for 30 days unless it names a different date. After that, ask the desk to reissue it. Payment stages, and the account they are paid to, are on the quote. This page does not set a deposit.
Unless the quote says they are included, the membrane price does not include lamps, drivers, a fibre engine beyond the star rate, new electrical points, the electrician’s fee, sprinkler work, air-conditioning service, or a travel line. Travel, where it exists, is the line on Cities, once per attendance.
Before the film is cut
Inside Tel Aviv-Yafo, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Bat Yam, and Azor, a measure you do not proceed with has no charge. On the 320 ₪ ring, the travel line for an attendance that already happened is payable. Until you approve the quote, that is the only sum that may be owed.
Film is cut and welded to your diagonals at the bench. It cannot go to another room. If you cancel after that weld, you pay for the membrane and the profile already made, and you do not pay for a fit that did not happen. The quote states this again before you approve it.
On the fit day someone has to open the door, and the room has to be measurable and then fittable. A room stacked to the ceiling is not ready. Dusty trades and a lacquer plane do not share a day. We will say so before we book the weld.
What the work is
We fit and maintain stretch ceilings. Cutting the film for a lamp is not, by itself, a building permit. A new point, a driver in the void, or the supply to a fibre engine is work for a licensed electrician under the Electricity Law, 5714-1954. If the building, the house committee, or the law requires a permit or a notice, we do not start against it. We also do not invent a permit the job does not need.
We do not move sprinkler heads. We do not certify air-conditioning. We do not describe an acoustic plane as a recording studio. Any warranty on the film is the manufacturer’s, and it is named on the quote if it applies. Our workmanship is described on the quote. This page does not add a warranty the quote does not.
Responsibility
The membrane is a finish. It is not the structure of the building, and it is not the waterproofing above it. We are responsible for making and fitting the plane described in the quote. We are not responsible for a leak from the roof, for a slab that moves, or for a later trade who cuts the film with no ring. Nothing on this page limits liability for injury where Israeli law does not allow that limit.
Language and law
The site is in English. A quote may be issued in Hebrew, in English, or in both. If the copies differ, the one you approved is the contract. The laws of the State of Israel apply. Disputes are brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

01 · The lid
Read what the builder left.
A stained slab, a bulkhead, paint over a joint, a spotlight cut crooked. That lid is still a lid. Lacquer will show every bow in it. Matte will not. The membrane is decided from the slab, in the room, not from a photograph.
02 · The bay
Then the sheen.
Matte when the room should go quiet. Satin when window light should move and leave. Lacquer when the ceiling is asked to hold the lamp. Acoustic only if the void can take a lining. A star field only if the engine stays reachable. The film is cut at the bench.
03 · The line
Light is named last.
A cove at 460 ₪ a metre, rings for the spots already there, or fibres set by hand. A new electrical point belongs to a licensed electrician. We decide the opening. When the lid, the bay, and the line are named, the quote can be written. The cove is on Light.
The hour
The visit, in order.
One room is about an hour. The same six steps are written on the visit. Film is ordered only after the quote is approved.
Corners
Someone opens the door. The perimeter has to be reachable. A sofa can stay. A room stacked to the ceiling cannot.
Diagonals
Length, width, both diagonals. A wall out of square is cut as that wall, not as a rectangle on a drawing.
The drop
From the slab to the line of the profile, and what that line meets: plaster, tile, a curtain recess.
The void
Depth for a lining, a driver, or an engine someone can reach later. In a bathroom, the fan and the shower.
Openings
Spots, a detector, a diffuser, a sprinkler we do not move. The ring is ours. The circuit is the electrician’s.
The note
The quote is written from this hour. You approve it in writing. Until then, nothing is welded, and the hour itself was only a request.
