The builder left a lid: stain, bulkhead, a spotlight that was never square. This hour is under that lid. One person from the desk, a tape, a laser, and the corners as they are. We do not price an apartment from a photograph, and we do not order film before this hour.

Length, width, and both diagonals. The membrane is cut to the room that exists, including a wall that is out of square.

Beams, a change of level, and whether there is depth for a lining, a driver, or a star engine that someone can still reach later.
Points already in the slab: a light, a detector, a sprinkler head, an air diffuser, a hatch. We ring an opening. We do not move a sprinkler, and we do not certify the air-conditioning. If a new electrical point is needed, a licensed electrician does that work under the Electricity Law, 5714-1954. At this visit we say whether that electrician has to come before the film is ordered.
Access is part of the note. The lift, the stair, a floor that needs covering, a room still occupied by another trade. A single living room is usually under an hour. Several rooms take the morning. Someone has to be there to open the door. We can measure around a sofa. We cannot measure a room stacked to the ceiling.
Bring a drawing if you have one. It does not replace the tape.
PVC film is a closed skin. In a bathroom the air is wet, and the void above the film is often cooler than the room. If the extract is weak, moisture marks the plane, or water from a sweating slab sits on the film and then shows through. We look at the fan, the window, and whether the shower throws toward the ceiling. If a matte plane is a poor idea in that room, we say so before anyone orders it. We do not promise that a bathroom will never mist.
The desk writes a quote from the measure. The guides on this site are not that quote. Inside Tel Aviv-Yafo, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Bat Yam, and Azor, the measure has no travel line and no call-out charge. Farther cities on the city list add a travel line once per attendance, and you see it before you approve anything. You approve in writing. Then the film is welded at the bench. The fit day is named when the film has a date. The WhatsApp note that asked for this visit did not hold that day.
Guides for 2026, shekels per square metre, VAT at 18% included. Each room is billed at not less than 8 m², and a star room at not less than 10 m². An 18 m² matte room is 6,120 ₪, of which 933.56 ₪ is VAT.
01 · The lid
A stained slab, a bulkhead, paint over a joint, a spotlight cut crooked. That lid is still a lid. Lacquer will show every bow in it. Matte will not. The membrane is decided from the slab, in the room, not from a photograph.
02 · The bay
Matte when the room should go quiet. Satin when window light should move and leave. Lacquer when the ceiling is asked to hold the lamp. Acoustic only if the void can take a lining. A star field only if the engine stays reachable. The film is cut at the bench.
03 · The line
A cove at 460 ₪ a metre, rings for the spots already there, or fibres set by hand. A new electrical point belongs to a licensed electrician. We decide the opening. When the lid, the bay, and the line are named, the quote can be written. The cove is on Light.
The hour
One room is about an hour. The same six steps are written on the visit. Film is ordered only after the quote is approved.
Someone opens the door. The perimeter has to be reachable. A sofa can stay. A room stacked to the ceiling cannot.
